What Is Included?

As listed above, we will help you select a theme, send online invites, create a timeline + coordinate with your guests. For a wedding, we will meet with your officiant + wedding party. We host on our professional Zoom account + act as stage manager for your event. Do you want family or guests to prepare toasts or funny stories in advance?  No worries, we'll make sure this happens and cue them via Zoom chat to let them know when it's the time! Celebrate freely without any technical difficulties.

• What if I don’t live in NYC? Can you still plan my virtual party?

  Yes! We offer our services around the world.

• I still want a party at home for a small group of friends with flowers, food, cake, and decorations.
  No worries. We can arrange all of this for you.

• I want to send my guests some fun decorations and snacks, so it feels like we are all together. 
  We are ready to make this happen with our party-in-a-box Add-Ons. We can drop-ship customized boxes to your guests.

• What types of virtual entertainment do you provide?

  Upon booking, you’ll receive a full list of all our offerings. We’ve partnered with the best local vendors to provide: Catering, Beverages, Desserts; Virtual Entertainment, Classes + Activities led by master chefs and top florists. (If you want something that is not listed, chances are we can arrange it.) 

• How do I know if you are available? How far in advance do I need to book Virtual Coordination?

  We recommend booking your Virtual Coordination package as soon as possible so you can have your choice of some of our one-of-a-kind entertainers.
